Twist the cap a quarter turn to open it. The cap stays attached to the bottle and is designed to stay open while you use it. You can also leave it open for the next use.
What is the return policy?
Because these are personal-use items, returns are not accepted, including gently used products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@adapt.beauty within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging to request a refund or replacement.
